I just loaded up the new Maxwell update and have a problem. In OS X Maya 2010, the newly located Import / Export / Library / Gallery / Wizard buttons don't do anything. I've restarted Maya but nothing works.

Do you have any errors in the script editor? Do you have 1.x materials in the scene?

I have 1.x materials in the scene but I just tried it with a clean scene and one layered mat and it's still a problem. here's an error in the Script Editor:

// Error: No object matches name: maxwellLayeredMaterial1.emitterUsed //

That happens when I create the material. Otherwise, there's no error when I click the buttons.

That's a known problem in the current plug-in, a new build will be released as soon as possible. If you restart Maya and make a scene without using any 1.x materials it should work. Once you display the AE for a 1.x material, the error shows up and persists until Maya is restarted, even if you create a new scene.
