When I render in Maya the styling looks correct. When I render in Maxwell the styling goes away.

Also the Shave shelf is empty the whole time.

latest of Maya, Maxwell and Shave, but I think it may be my inexperience with Shave that is the main problem.

So you're using Shave 6? The Maxwell plug-in is built with the Shave 5.x SDK, so certain features of the newly released Shave 6 might not work. We'll look into it.

Yes, Shave 6.

What was happening was a Maya render respected the styling, but a Maxwell one did not. It snapped to default styling in the wireframe GUI just prior to export/render.

I could return the styling to where I wanted it by scrubbing the time line to frame 1.

I fixed it by starting a new scene and doing it again. Not sure what was different that time.

Ok this is seriously a drag. I may as well not have bought Shave and a Haircut.

Could you send me a sample scene which exhibits this behavior?
