Has anyone managed to convert the simball for studio to work in modo be great to have that setup in modo instead of going to studio :D

Cant export the sim ball as an obj :( (which is fair enough as it is Thomas's creation)

I have a simball similar scene i built in Modo which i think i started converting to Maxwell but never had time to finish. Perhaps i should resume that and release it for you guys to play with.
I'll dig through my archives to see if i can find some testrenders with it..

Here is a quick screenshot and render of what it looks like in it's current state. This scene is usable now as it is but i will fix the background, some texture issues and adjust the lighting if necessary. And then run some live testrenders with it using more complex Maxwell materials and Modo created materials to see that it is fully functional. When it is, i will release it. :)
This is the 10cm version, i have a also made a 1 meter scaled scene for bigger materials. The centersphere is easily changed to any object you wish to replace it with.

Thanks Teabag :) i used it for Modo and also released a Modo specific version long time ago but i never finished my Maxwell version of it. Perhaps it's about time now. :)
It may be simple but it contains all the necessary ingredients such as SSS bars and bubbles, UV's and all that's required.
