i'm rendering from 3 days and it still noisy , any one knows what's going on.

It looks like the noise is coming from the lamp in the corner and the light inside the window. Are you using real glass for the light behind the window? You can switch to AGS instead and avoid getting caustics from the window glass which is not needed in this case, also the lamp in the corner, how many polys is it's emitter? If you're using a lampshade with sss then that will also cause more noise.
