I am using Maya 2009 and just installed the maxwell plugin. Every time I try to export geometry as a .MXS file, maya crashes. I'm currently running the newest version of Windows 7...i'm not sure if that's causing the problem?

after doing more testing, it turns out that a multi material object is causing the crash on exporting. Which turns out to be a problem because I need the object to have multiple materials :( argh

I can't reproduce the crash here. Could you mail me a scene which crashes Maya at mihnea.balta@gmail.com?
