base-roughness: 97 gloss-roughness: 48, RGB 200
This is an really old model I did 5 or 6 years ago.I found it in the deepness of my HDD.
I overworked it a little and did some new Renders .

beautiful exterior shot.
only thing that bugs me is the reflection/specular from wood on lowest floor @ building on left.... seems like it could be smoother...

Yes, I know that but its the same material.Must cause of the camera angle or something like that.
