I registered and received the 50% promo code but on checking out, the discount given was only 10%. I wrote in via the contact page on the MR website to check if there was an error in the promo code since Monday. The week is almost out and I have not heard back from Next Limit.

This morning I tried the promo code again and this time I was given a 20% discount
I have sent in a query again this morning and will just have to wait and see if I will ever get a reply.

Is the Euro 2012 promo broken?

I am sorry I have to write in this forum because I don't see any other avenue if the sales desk does not reply to me.
Does anybody else have the same problem?

Spain scored 1:0 in the last match so the discount should be now 10% + 10% = 20%
so i think everything is ok

Maybe now its OK but like I said, when I tried to purchase before the Spain-Croatia match, the MR promo page was clearly still indicating the 50% discount. I can imagine that the sales desk may be busy and could not respond immediately but If I wasn't able to buy then because of the glitch at the webstore, does that mean that the promo code I received for the 50% discount is now not 'redeemable' at 50% and the discount will be according to the latest score?

That's the point I was trying to clarify.

Unfortunately, I was so frustrated on that day that it had not occurred to me to make a screen-capture of the webstore glitch.
I tried 2 or 3 times and kept getting only 10% discount.

I got 50 percent and everything was fine..
