I am trying to figure out how to do a cooperative rendering, but cannot understand how to do it.
In the manuals it does not explain it in case of using Maya.
Is it possible?

Export the scene as MXS and use Maxwell's network rendering feature. You can't start a cooperative render directly from Maya.
