Update:

Bump for "grouting" (gaps) Improved - as the previous bump maps were not as effective!
Ive also scaled down the uv to display more of the texture!

On that scale the material looks really great!
And I really love that "floor" scene which comes with maxwell. But usually you use the floor for a whole room. So I think a scene which shows how the floor looks on a large surface (say a complete room) is necessary as well.

Only comment is the bump may be a little to aggressive on the last 3 images. It looked more accurate on your first floor close up. Its very minor issue though. Everything else looks good.
