Hi,...could it be that the brickwall Bump/Normal/Displacement in the (Senseo Coffee Maker) picture goes in wrong direction?

I also thought that at first, but according to the material it's set properly. Sometimes my eyes will catch it and it looks normal, other times not. I think it's the lighting from the cupboards that causes the illusion, as in the WIP thread you can see an environment lit shot and see they're sticking out the correct way.

Thanks for the input though. :)

Hey everyone. Just added some new renders to the main post. Nothing too big or original but thought I'd post them up... hoping to have some of our other proper projects available to post soon!

Nice product shot updates the one thing thats bugging me is the Unipart Oil Cannister the label is too flat (matt) and the plastic lid maybe boost the shine on those other than that your looking good! :D

Thanks, Tea_Bag! Sorry for the late reply.

I agree with you on the label. I think we focused too much on boosting out the brand name that we lost some of the realism! Still working on generating more realistic product renderings. Can seem impossible at times but I think I'm getting more of a grasp on it.

Hi guys. Small update here but would love to hear your feedback. We've just finished creating an animation for a product named Estilo, a street lighting solution from Holophane. It was our first animation and we decided to do it through Maxwell for - what we hoped would be - the best results. We think it turned out really nicely. :) This is the first product in a line of 4. Check it out below! (full HD on Youtube is available.)

Thanks, guys. :) Animation jobs seem to be popping up more and more so hopefully I'll have some more to post soon.

Good job!

My only crit is the video plays a bit fast for my taste; it makes it hard to read and watch everything that happens.
