I like your 2nd pic the most, it's like one of those grey old family album photo's you find at home in the albums :) and also the quality of the first image in only 30 minutes is good.

Lovely images mate, I like the textures on the first one especially the staining on the top of the wall. I cant quite figure out the fixings on the panels though is it meant to be cement board?

yeah concrete panels, i think its the 4 studs that fix them. they where on the ref photo. dunno but i like the outcome of it.

added some bump to the chairs and some wallpaper (only done this cause i was given a tip about getting the bump to work better)

dont make/use them greyscale. this was causing banding across the object if the bump value was high and to avoid getting the banding it had to be set too low, making the bump not seen. so now i make sure all is not greyscale. thanks to Becco_UK for pointing this out to me :)
