Thanks for the friendly comments. :)

The wine glass image base on a photo in old photo book. And here is a problem (bug?), the dark area in the middle of the glas should be bright . I have tested the scene with a white emitter, same dark area. I have tested it with 5 wine glasses and it looks more like the photo. I have sended a bug report to NL and I hope, if the final Maxwell is out, I can update the image.

For the last spider image I have a question for the user of other 3D software as Rhino. Do anybody have tested the z-buffer (the fog in the image based on a z buffer postwork) with different scales? In Rhino it works only good, if the scene unit is centimeter. If I try to change the parameter of the z buffer (default -1/1), than I see not difference in the image. In meter units, I see only a small distance in the z buffer image. I ask me, is it a Rhinoll bug or a Maxwell bug?

Micha,

How did you draw those little droplets on the spider web ? (are they modelled or post-processed ?)

Thank you for the nice comments. :)

Thomas, the droplets are modelled small spheres in different sizes and copied again and again ...
